Collective financing applied to the Argentine real estate sector offers a different route into property: instead of demanding a large initial capital, it lets multiple people contribute partial amounts and back residential developments, building refurbishments, neighbourhood improvements and new housing projects.
The whole journey happens inside a digital environment. Every user reviews the published initiatives, compares terms and conditions, and decides for themselves how much to allocate. Contributions are pooled and assigned to a specific development; when the informed terms are met, results are distributed among participants in proportion to what each contributed.
In the Argentine context, with sustained housing demand, urban growth and rising attention on property values, this scheme has been gaining visibility as a participation alternative. Real estate stops being perceived as a field reserved for large developers, institutional funds or high net-worth investors.
The project range is broad: apartment towers, housing complexes, restorations of older buildings, urbanisation works and developments of different scales. That variety allows participation to adapt to very different profiles, budgets and time horizons.
Review the residential towers, refurbishments and developments published, each with its technical fact sheet, timelines and conditions.
Choose the amount you want to allocate. Contributions are pooled and assigned to the selected development.
From your panel you access the state of the works, the destination of funds and the estimated timelines at every stage.
When the project meets its informed terms, returns are distributed in proportion to what you contributed.
The circuit is direct: you enter the platform, review the available opportunities, choose the one that fits your criteria and confirm the amount. From the same panel you follow the progress of the works, see where funds are directed, check estimated timelines and access the participation conditions.
When the development completes its cycle or reaches its planned objectives, the corresponding result is distributed according to your contribution. This way, real estate crowdlending combines technology, collaborative financing and simpler access to the property market.
More than a passing trend, this model reflects a renewed way of relating to the sector in Argentina. Its main contribution is to open the door to projects that for years were beyond the reach of the individual investor.
We work so every stage is clear, verifiable and easy to follow. At any point you can review how your contribution is being applied, what stage the works are at and under what rules you are participating. Every participation involves risks and results depend on the evolution of each project.
Participating also means backing initiatives that renew neighbourhoods, strengthen urban infrastructure and generate new spaces to live. It is a way to pursue returns while contributing to the development of cities.
We created this space so that approaching Argentine real estate is more understandable, more transparent and more participative. Our aim is to provide clear information on the local property market together with tools that help you decide on your own criteria.

It depends on the project. The developments currently published accept contributions from AR$ 180,000 or the equivalent of USD 1,500 depending on the chosen instrument.
Every participation in real estate developments involves risks: construction delays, sector price variations, currency risk, regulatory risk and general construction contingencies. Results depend on the evolution of each project.
When the development reaches its planned objectives or completes its cycle, the corresponding result is distributed among participants in proportion to what each contributed, under the terms of the signed Real Estate Trust.
Contributions remain assigned to the chosen development until the informed terms are met. Position-transfer mechanisms to third parties may be available according to each contract.
