1. Acceptance of the terms
The use of axivoranex.com implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, entered into between the user and Axivoranex S.A., CUIT 30-71689234-9, with domicile at Av. del Libertador 4980, Floor 12, C1426BWW, CABA, Argentina.
2. Purpose of the service
Axivoranex operates a real estate crowdlending platform through which individual investors can back residential developments in Argentina under the Real Estate Trust structure, in the terms of Argentine Law 24.441 and the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation.
3. Registration and verification
To participate it is necessary to complete the identity verification (KYC) process and provide the documentation required by the regulations in force on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
4. Participation risks
Every participation in real estate projects involves risks, including: construction delays, market variations, currency risk, regulatory risk and construction contingencies. Results are not guaranteed and depend on the evolution of each development. The user declares to understand and accept these risks.
5. Trust structure
Each project is instrumented through a specific Real Estate Trust, with assets kept separate from those of Axivoranex S.A. and from other projects. An independent trustee manages the trust assets in accordance with the relevant agreement.
6. Fees and costs
Axivoranex charges a structuring and administration fee on each project, disclosed in advance and clearly in each development's technical fact sheet.
7. Intellectual property
The contents, trademarks, logos, texts, images and other materials included in the site are owned by Axivoranex S.A. or its licensors, and are protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other venue or jurisdiction.
9. Modifications
Axivoranex may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments are communicated at least 30 days in advance to the email address registered by the user.
